I’m an executive coach, organizational and team consultant, and the founder of Walden Leadership. I’ve worked with more than 200 leaders across industries and around the world, helping them grow in ways that feel grounded, sustainable, and deeply human.

I created Walden Leadership because I wanted a place where coaching could be both deep and practical, warm and rigorous, human and strategic. A place where leaders could slow down enough to hear themselves think, and where teams can have the conversations they’ve been avoiding.
